Returns
14-day satisfaction guarantee. Every original can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original rolled condition. Items that have been stretched, framed, mounted, or altered are not eligible. Buyer pays return shipping. Email support@mofisto.co with your order number to start a return.
Damaged in transit: Notify us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund at no cost. Send photos to support@mofisto.co and we'll sort it immediately.

Made-to-order
Every Mofisto original is painted only after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each piece is created for one collector.
This means a 1 to 2 week production window before your piece is ready to ship. We think it's worth the wait. So will you.

Adjust the colours, scale, or composition of an existing Mofisto piece to suit your space. Add 1 to 2 weeks to the standard production timeline. Pricing starts from the standard size price plus a customisation fee.

Original artwork created to your brief. We'll talk subject, palette, scale, and where it'll live. Most commissions take 4 to 8 weeks from brief to delivery. Pricing tailored to the work.
