14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your art. Every original can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original rolled condition.
To start a return, email admin@mofisto.co with your order number. We will reply with a return authorisation and shipping address.

What Can Be Returned
- Original paintings in their original rolled condition (not stretched, framed, mounted, or altered)
- Prints in original packaging, in the same condition as received
- Merchandise unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

What Cannot Be Returned
- Originals that have been stretched, framed, or mounted
- Items cut, trimmed, or altered in any way
- Items damaged by the buyer (water damage, tears, stains, marks)
- Worn, washed, or used merchandise
- Custom or made-to-order commissions

Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Do not ship returns without first contacting us for authorisation.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, this is separate from the standard return policy. Notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@mofisto.co with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
- We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@mofisto.co. We will arrange a return at our expense and send the correct item.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Trade Up Program
Your taste evolves. Your walls should too.
After 12 months of owning a Mofisto original, you can trade it in for 30% of your purchase price as store credit toward a new original of equal or greater value.
How it works:
- Email yours@mofisto.co with your order number and the piece you would like to trade in.
- We confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return label.
- Ship us the original in rolled condition.
- Once received and inspected, we issue your store credit within 5 business days.
- Use your credit toward any original on the site priced at or above your original purchase.
- Conditions:
- Available on original paintings purchased directly from mofisto.co
- Piece must be at least 12 months from delivery date
- Piece must be in displayable condition (no tears, water damage, or structural damage)
- Credit is 30% of the original purchase price
- Credit must be used within 60 days of issue
- Credit applies to originals of equal or greater value only
- One trade-in per piece
- Cannot be combined with other promotions
- Credit is not redeemable for cash
- We cover return shipping on all Trade Up returns.
