Every Mofisto original is hand-painted to order. We do not hold stock. Please allow time for your artwork to be created and carefully shipped.

Estimated Delivery
US addresses: 4 to 6 weeks ( Longer if Stretched) from order to delivery.
International: Contact us at admin@mofisto.co for availability and estimated delivery times.
Why the wait? Every piece is an original, hand-painted artwork. Nothing is mass-produced. Your piece is created after you order it, inspected for quality, then carefully packed and shipped.
Times may vary during peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) and we will update the website if delays are expected.

If You Have a Hard Deadline
Email admin@mofisto.co before placing your order so we can confirm we can meet it. We cannot guarantee delivery for deadlines we have not been told about at the time of order.

How Your Art Ships
Rolled originals are shipped in a protective museum-grade tube. This is standard for original artwork and is how galleries, auction houses, and artists worldwide ship paintings safely. Once received, you can have your painting stretched and framed locally.
Stretched and framed originals (when available) are professionally packed with corner protectors, bubble wrap, and double-boxed for protection. Shipping costs for stretched and framed pieces are calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
Prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers (small and medium sizes) or rolled in protective tubes (large format prints).

Free shipping on all rolled artworks.
Stretched and framed pieces may incur a shipping charge based on size and destination. Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please check tracking before contacting us about delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@mofisto.co with:

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged artwork
- We will replace the item at no cost to you.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@mofisto.co and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Delays Outside Our Control
Delays caused by carriers, customs, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not grounds for refund. We will always communicate proactively if we are aware of an issue.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
